Neurofeedback
Train Your Brain To Feel Better, Think Better, Learn Better... To Do Basically Everything Better!

What Is Neurofeedback and How Does It Work?
Neurofeedback uses scalp sensors to monitor brain waves providing moment-to-moment information to an individual on the state of the electrical activity in their brain.
It is EEG (electroencephalography) biofeedback with a focus on the central nervous system and brain, thereby assisting the client in self-regulation of autonomic nervous system functions such as arousal and attention levels.
Visual and/or auditory feedback is provided on the client’s EEG performance, with “rewards” and/or “inhibits” based on protocols designed relative to qEEG brain maps and clinical presentation.
The brain is trained to regulate specific frequencies up or down through operant conditioning in order to achieve desired outcomes or brain states.

How Neurofeedback Empowers Healthier Brain Function
Neurofeedback is a groundbreaking approach that tackles common brain-related challenges head-on. Through cutting-edge technology and personalized training programs, Neurofeedback works to address issues like attention deficits, stress, anxiety, and cognitive performance. By utilizing real-time data on brain activity, Neurofeedback provides individuals with the tools to regulate their brain function effectively.
The process involves monitoring brainwave patterns through sensors placed on the scalp. These sensors detect electrical activity in the brain, allowing trained professionals to analyze and identify areas for improvement. With targeted exercises and feedback, Neurofeedback helps individuals learn to self-regulate their brain activity, leading to improved focus, emotional stability, and cognitive function. This method empowers individuals to take control of their mental well-being and optimize their brain performance for a better quality of life.
"This training has helped me beyond belief, with focus, concentration, less ruminating thoughts, and now I have a peaceful mind. Feel so positive and happy and better every time. Thank you for all you do and helping me with my whole self."
